How to Use the Nutrition Logging Feature
Follow these simple steps to easily log your nutrition:
Open the Client App Food Diary
Launch the Client App and navigate to the Food Diary section to begin tracking your meals.
Click on the Quick Add Icon
Enter Calories & Macros
Tap the "Add to <Meal Category>" Button
