Quick Add Nutrition Logging for Faster Meal Tracking

Log your meals in seconds by directly entering total calories and macros in your client app. Perfect for quick, flexible tracking.

With the latest update, you can now log your daily nutrition intake more quickly and flexibly. This feature allows you to directly enter your total calories and macronutrients (carbs, proteins, and fats) for each meal category, without having to select individual food items. Perfect for those who prefer a streamlined approach or use a different app to track their meals.

How to Use the Nutrition Logging Feature

Follow these simple steps to easily log your nutrition:

  1. Open the Client App Food Diary

    • Launch the Client App and navigate to the Food Diary section to begin tracking your meals.

  2. Click on the Quick Add Icon

    • Tap the Quick Add icon (highlighted in the screenshot) to open the entry screen where you can manually input your macros.


  3. Enter Calories & Macros

    • In the pop-up window, manually input the total:

      • Calories

      • Carbs (g)

      • Proteins (g)

      • Fats (g)

    • Enter the appropriate values for your meal to log the total intake.


  4. Tap the "Add to <Meal Category>" Button

    • After entering your calories and macros, tap the button corresponding to the meal category you're logging (e.g., Add to Breakfast, Add to Lunch, etc.) to save your data.
