  • Once deleted, a meal plan cannot be recovered, so make sure you no longer need the plan before deleting it.

How to Copy a Meal Plan

Sometimes, you may want to create a new meal plan based on an existing one, without starting from scratch. Copying a meal plan is a great way to do this while saving time and keeping the structure intact.

    • After selecting the meal plan, look for the "Copy" option.

  5. Confirm the Copy:

    • Once clicked, a duplicate of the meal plan will be created and added to your list of meal plans.

    • You can now modify the copied plan as needed, changing the meals, timings, or any other details.

Benefits of Copying a Meal Plan:

  • Save Time: Copying a meal plan lets you avoid recreating the entire plan from scratch.

  • Flexibility: You can quickly adjust the copied plan for different nutritional needs or preferences, making it easier to stick with your goals.
